سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال

مدة الاسترجاع: يمكنك إرجاع أو استبدال المنتجات خلال 14 أيام من تاريخ استلام الطلب.

شروط الاسترجاع:

• يجب أن يكون المنتج في حالته الأصلية ولم يتم استخدامه
• يجب أن تكون جميع الملصقات والبطاقات الأصلية موجودة
• يجب أن يكون المنتج في عبوته الأصلية

المنتجات التي لا يمكن إرجاعها:

• الملابس الداخلية لأسباب صحية
• المنتجات المخفضة أو المباعة في التخفيضات (إلا في حالة وجود عيب في المنتج)

كيفية الإرجاع:

1. تواصل معنا عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو الهاتف
2. أرسل المنتج إلى العنوان الذي سنزودك به
3. سيتم فحص المنتج عند استلامه

استرداد المبلغ:

• سيتم استرداد المبلغ خلال 7-14 يوم عمل بعد استلام المنتج المرتجع
• تكلفة الشحن الأصلية غير قابلة للاسترداد
• العميل يتحمل تكلفة شحن الإرجاع

الاستبدال: في حالة الرغبة في استبدال المقاس أو اللون، يرجى التواصل معنا وسنساعدك في ذلك.

Return and Exchange Policy

Return Period: You can return or exchange products within 14 days from the date of receiving your order.

Return Conditions:

• The product must be in its original condition and unused
• All original tags and labels must be attached
• The product must be in its original packaging

Non-Returnable Items:

• Underwear for hygiene reasons
• Sale or discounted items (unless defective)

How to Return:

1. Contact us via email or phone
2. Send the product to the address we provide
3. The product will be inspected upon receipt

Refund:

• Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after receiving the returned product
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Exchange: If you wish to exchange size or color, please contact us and we will assist you.
